02Who is BaOS for?

BaOS is for small and midsize business owners who want to use AI but do not have the time or internal expertise to implement it. It works best for companies with repeatable work spread across people, files, and tools.

03What is Foundation?

Foundation organizes up to two departments. You get a company map, clear owners, a workflow list, AI instructions, review rules, a dashboard, and your BaOS workspace. It does not include building workflows.

04What is a Workflow Sprint?

Workflow Sprint includes Foundation plus two workflows built with AI support. We design, test, and hand off both workflows with clear owners and approval steps.

05Do I need to understand AI?

No. We build the workspace and teach you how to use it. You only need to explain how your company works.

06Can I request a refund?

You can request a full refund before your scheduled service call begins. Once the call starts, the refund window closes.

07Does BaOS use AI to automate everything?

No. BaOS shows where AI can help and where a person should stay in control. People still make important decisions and give final approval.
